SHIPPING AND PICKUP
One Source ships packages and has orders ready for pickup, Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Online orders placed by 3pm EST, ship same day for in-stock items. Pickup orders placed by 4pm will be available same day unless otherwise notified. You will be contacted by email or possibly phone if questions or concerns arise.

ONE SOURCE cannot replace or refund - lost, damaged or stolen packages/items if shipped using an 'uninsured' form of shipping such as First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Select, or any other form of shipping that is not automatically insured. If you would like to ship using one of these uninsured choices, you do so at your own risk. Please contact us for shipping ‘insurance’ rates, if you would like to add shipping insurance to your order. We have been informed that UPS 2-Day Air is not guaranteed, 1/22/24.

Express shipping (upon request) must be paid by 2pm EST to guarantee on-time shipping and delivery. If payment for an express package is not received in time for our daily shipping deadline, your package may be shipped at the original shipping purchased or qualified amount (best way). If your paid express package is late and we seek a refund from the shipper (USPS, UPS or FedEx), you will be refunded the amount that was submitted to One Source. We can provide the original refund amount by the shipper, per request.

ATTENTION: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other territories of the U.S. (not including the continental U.S.) - Because your location is outside the continental U.S., your order may not ship at 'regular USPS rates'. After your order has been placed, a One Source associate may contact you with the additional shipping charge, if applicable. 

PRICES
Current prices and information on our onesourcesupply.com and Etsy sites are applicable only. Previous prices and information located on the internet, while searching for One Source, cannot be honored.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package and its contents ordered from One Source has arrived damaged, contact us immediately. Please email (onesourcestore@gmail.com) pics. of the original box, packaging and damaged contents so we may submit a claim with the shipper (FedEx and UPS). USPS now requires the customer (recipient) who received the damaged package and contents take the original box, packaging and contents to their local USPS office for inspection. We apologize for this inconvenience as we must follow the guidelines of the USPS to submit and receive a refund for our customers.

INSPECTION OF PACKAGE CONTENTS
All orders must be thoroughly inspected by the customer within '7 days of receiving' for any issues or discrepancies. Please report any issues within this 7-day time period. After 7 days, One Source cannot be held responsible.

RETURNED ORDERS
If you decide to return* an order or any portion, it must be in good shape and not used or damaged in any way. This refund will not include shipping and may have a 20% restocking fee.

We accept returns and cancellations:
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase as long as order has not already shipped.

   - Special orders
   - Drop shipped orders
   - Used vinyl where smaller rolls or sheets are not available
   - Used foil
   - Clothing products of any kind
   - Grab Bags
   - Rolls of Tape that were used
   - Packaged tools, such as but not limited to: Blades, Weeders, etc.

ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE ONE SOURCE PREMISES
One Source cannot be held responsible once a package leaves our premises. This includes being late, lost or stolen. We will do our best to help find the package if still in the delivery systems of USPS, FedEx or UPS. One Source cannot be held responsible once a package shows 'delivered' by the shipping company.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER?
Please contact a One Source associate if you have any questions or problems with your order within 7 days of delivery or pick up.

RETURNED AND ABANDONED ORDERS
Returns will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

An order will be considered abandoned if not picked up within 30 days of order date, unless special arrangements have been made. At that time, this order will be placed back in-stock and you will be refunded for this purchase, minus 20%.

If you would like to return your 'unused' order for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If a refund is granted, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) excluding the shipping charges after the item(s) have been returned. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please keep in mind that our online color charts are a graphic sample of available colors. It is as close to the product color as possible - but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart as computer monitor settings vary.

If there's a question about an order, we reserve the right to request detailed photos of front and back of product in question for resolution.

One Source reserves the right to request photo ID, credit or debit card used for purchase, and signature at in-person pickup. Copies will be made of photo ID, credit or debit card (front and back) before release of order. If this is an online order, ‘emailed’ proof of photo ID, credit or debit card (front and back) and signature must be provided. Your order will be placed ‘on hold’ until One Source,  receives requested proof of identification. If we do not receive requested information within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
