Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Most DTF/UV transfer orders placed before 12 PM ET on a weekday (excluding holidays) ship the same day. All processing times, including same-day processing, are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. DTF/UV transfer orders over $75 ship free. Free shipping does not apply if the order also contains other non-print items.

Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Some items ship via ground/land carriers only and therefore cannot ship outside the lower 48 states (no Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories). Any restrictions are noted on the product page.

Item-Specific Restrictions
Pickup only: Certain items cannot be shipped at all and are available for in-store pickup only. Any restrictions are noted on the product page.
Quantity limits: Some items cannot ship more than one per shipment. If your order includes multiples, it may ship in separate packages or we may contact you to arrange options.

In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at 4454 S Elms Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473 - Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ET (storefront closed Fridays 12-1 PM ET). We'll notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us right away at onesourcestore@gmail.com or (810) 635-8844 so we can make it right. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery dates are the carrier's estimates and not guaranteed by us.
