ER-130 Concentrated Emulsion Remover

DESCRIPTION

ER-130 is a concentrated emulsion remover formulation designed for fast removal of diazo, photo polymer and capillary film emulsions. ER-130 may be applied by means of spray bottle, sponge, scrub pad or pump system application. ER-130 will increase reclaim efficiency and reduce time per screen by eliminating additional steps in the reclamation process.

DIRECTIONS

ER-130 can be used in concentrated form, or diluted up to 1:30 (chemical water) depending on emulsion type and method of application. After determining proper ratio for your needs, mix contents in plastic container and fill with appropriate amount of water.

Spray on ER-130 in a uniform pattern onto the print contact side of the screen. In some cases, better results are obtained by applying ER-130 onto both sides of the screen. Allow to stand up to 3 minutes depending on the type and hardness of the emulsion. Remove the emulsion using a medium to high-pressure cold water rinse. Flush the screen with a final rinse to remove any trace chemicals left on the screen. Allow to dry completely before recoating.
