AM-1820 Slow Thinner | Inktech AM Series, Gallon

Hot shop? Slow your ink down. AM-1820 is the slow-evaporating thinner for Inktech's AM series vinyl inks. When summer temps start drying ink in the screen mid-run, swap AM-1820 in for the standard AM-1800 and the ink stays open.

Reach for it when you're running fleet graphics, decals, or awning jobs with AM ink and the ink skins over in the mesh, fine detail clogs between flood strokes, or edges print fuzzy as the run heats up.

How to use (per Inktech's tech data): thin AM ink 5 to 15% by weight. Use AM-1820 in place of AM-1800 Thinner when shop conditions are hot. For maximum outdoor durability, thin as little as the print allows. For extra screen stability, pair with 5 to 10% DC-393 Gel Retarder.
