GLV-1040 Bright Red

Gloss Vinyl solvent screen ink designed is meant for printing on vinyl surfaces where a high gloss finish, flexibility and outdoor durability are required. Ideal for fleet markings, vinyl upholstery decoration, PVC and acrylic containers. GLV-0000 series ink exhibits excellent screen stability.

Substrates: PRESSURE SENSITIVE VINYL FILMS, VINYL COATED PRODUCTS, RIGID AND FLEXIBLE VINYLS, PVC BOTTLES, VINYL TOP-COATED POLYESTER FILMS, ACRYLIC, POLYCARBONATE

Thinning: May be used straight from the can but it is HIGHLY recommended to thin

5 - 15% by weight with GLV-1800 Thinner. For maximum light fastness or outdoor durability, little or no thinning is recommended.

Additives: GLV-1700 Clear should only be used to increase transparency of colors. However, this will reduce the durability and lightfastness of the color. Use a small amount of GLV-1730 Process Clear ink to improve print quality, if required.

Wash-Up: GLV-1800 Thinner, PRESS WASH LV or RC5

Coverage: Approximately 2100 sq. ft./1 U.S. Gallon using a 280/in. monofilament fabric.
