Concentrated emulsion remover that strips screens fast and dilutes up to 1:30. Kor-Chem ER-130 breaks down hardened diazo, photopolymer, and capillary film emulsions on contact, cutting steps and time out of every reclaim. No odor, no VOCs, non-hazardous, and safe on all mesh types. One quart of concentrate makes up to 30 quarts of working solution.
Reach for it when:
- Reclaiming screens in volume and the dip tank or spray bottle runs dry
- Hardened or over-exposed emulsion won't budge with weaker removers
- You want one remover that works by spray bottle, sponge, scrub pad, or pump system
How to use: Use straight or dilute up to 1:30 with water depending on the emulsion. Spray evenly onto the print side of the screen (both sides for tough stencils), let it stand up to 3 minutes, then remove with a medium to high-pressure cold water rinse. Final-rinse the screen and let it dry completely before recoating.
Specs: Quart or gallon concentrate. Dilutes up to 1:30. No VOCs. Non-hazardous, low odor. Safe on all mesh.
