Fast-evaporating press wash that opens screens without leaving residue. Kor-Chem PC-175 is a powerful press wash and screen image opener built from non-hazardous, biodegradable organic solvents. It handles press-side wash-up, on-press color changes, equipment cleanup, adhesive removal, and prep for screen reclaim. Works on plastisol, conventional, solvent, UV, vinyl, enamel, epoxy, and water-based inks.

Reach for it when:

• A screen starts clogging mid-run and you need it open now
• Color changes on press
• Vinyl adhesive needs to come off equipment

How to use: Spray or wipe PC-175 on the ink side of the screen, then keep wiping with a frequently turned towel until dry. Test print quality before resuming the run to confirm all residue is gone.
