Zenex Screen Opener

Fast-acting aerosol that opens clogged screens without tearing down the press. ZenaScreen Opener is an industrial-grade solvent that dissolves fresh or dried ink sitting in the mesh, especially dried-on plastisol, so you can keep printing instead of stopping to reclaim. Compatible with all screen-printing ink types, works on screens and frames, and leaves no film or residue.

Reach for it when:

• Halftones or fine detail start filling in mid-run
• A screen sat with ink in it and won't clear with a flood stroke
• You're spot-clearing one area and don't want to wash out the whole screen

How to use: spray a light amount directly into the clogged or dried-in area, then run several squeegee passes to dissolve and dislodge the ink and open the mesh completely. Safe to use while the screen is still on press. Regular use helps prevent clogging before it starts.
